RoofPilot AI provides software that answers and qualifies inbound leads for roofing contractors, captures structured intake, and organizes follow-up workflows. These terms apply to your use of the website and platform.

New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial with full product access. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription agreed with our team based on your operation's size and channel volume.

You're responsible for the content of the intake script and messages you configure, for complying with call-recording and messaging laws in the areas you operate (including consent requirements), and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Don't use the platform for spam, unlawful telemarketing, or to collect data you have no right to collect. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate the law.

RoofPilot AI improves response speed and organization, but we don't guarantee revenue, conversion rates or job counts. Any calculator or illustration on this site is a scenario based on your own inputs — not a promise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofPilot AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the service.
