Privacy Policy

RoofPilot AI ("RoofPilot", "we", "us") provides a lead-response platform for roofing contractors. This policy explains what information we handle when you use our website and platform, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, work email and company name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.

Lead data you control. Conversations between your customers and the AI receptionist (contact details, property details, roof issues, appointment requests) are stored in your workspace. You are the controller of this data; we process it only to operate the service.

Contact & trial forms. Details you submit through our website forms are used to respond to you and set up your trial.

We use information to operate and improve the platform: answering and qualifying your inbound leads, organizing your pipeline, sending confirmations and follow-ups you configure, and providing support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Workspace data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security — each organization can only access its own records. Server-side keys never appear in your browser, and access is limited to what the service needs to function.

You can delete leads from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account and workspace entirely, contact us through the Contact page and we'll remove your organization's data.

Because the AI receptionist talks to your customers on your behalf, you should disclose in your own customer-facing policies that inbound communications may be answered by an automated assistant and stored for follow-up.
